i. Credit/Debit Card:

Every purchase from www.kidsgarden.gr takes place at the option of the purchaser with the possibility of paying with credit cards VISA and MASTERCARD.

Transactions are made electronically securely, in real time, between the Buyer and the cardholder with Eurobank, which carries out the transaction on behalf of www.kidsgarden.gr

In this process, www.kidsgarden.gr does not have any participation and the sensitive elements of your credit / debit card are not stored in its system.

In the event that the buyer carrying out the transaction is not the same person as the credit card owner, www.kidsgarden.gr assumes no responsibility and has no obligation to refund.

PayPal allows you to pay directly and automatically encrypt the secret data with the best market technology. Paypal is the only accepted form of payment for orders outside of Greece

IMPORTANT ! In the Bank’s Deposit Form you must write the order’s number & the  full name of the person who did the order. You can send us the copy at info@kidsgarden.gr.

The products are shipped with ACS courier or ELTA Door, depending on the area and delivered safely to the address you specify within five business days from the date of payment of the order. On orders outside of Greece the products are shipped again by courier in two to seven business days after order confirmation.

Www.kidsgarden.gr does not recognize the existence of any liability in case of delay in delivery due to extreme weather events, strikes and force majeure, so the delivery deadline above will be extended as long as the reason for the delay is reached.

Congestion charging is calculated and suggested in the order form. Products are always accompanied by the relevant documents. The customer has the option of choosing the type of document he wishes (retail receipt or invoice), by filling in the corresponding field on the site.

Orders within Greece cost 3 euros, while orders over 50 € are free of charge throughout Greece.

Payment by cash is charged € 1.50.

For all orders, packing costs are free for all of Greece.

The company reserves the right not to ship goods to countries that do not allow domestic conditions
